• Our Director is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is the main Behavior Consultant for our program.  
• Our Director has Advanced Consultant training in Verbal Behavior by Dr. Vincent Carbone, Ed.D., BCBA, in Carbone's New York Clinic
• Our Program Managers are fully trained by the behavior consultant (BCBA) in ABA, verbal behavior and working with children with autism.

Our mission:     

• To promote your child's progress by using the empirically tested techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). 

We offer: 

• Individulized ABA early intervention programs created by a BCBA for your child with autism that will promote the growth and development of your childs academic, behavioral and social skills. 
•  A range of behavioral services by our behavior consultant to promote success for children with autism, including ABA, behavior assessments, functional assessment/analysis; communication training, using a Verbal Behavior Protocol, teaching vocal behavior, as well as sign language &/or picture symbols depending on your childs needs & preferences. 
• Our focus is to decrease or eliminate problem behaviors, while replacing them with more socially appropriate behaviors.
• Behavior Consultation Services are available for families out of province and country. 
• Our consultants and program managers will travel to your city to work with your family and your child. 
• We require a video tape or DVD of your child in order to begin our behavior analysis prior to our first visit.
• ABLLS-R assessment and training are done in your home. 
• The behavior consultant and/or program manager will come to review your program every 2-3 months.
• In between visits, the behavior consultant will have either phone or online consultations with you and your team to trouble shoot any problems or behaviors.

• Since we have a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) as our Director, we are fully committed to scientifcally proven methods using applied behavior analysis (ABA), that rely heavily on data collection and analysis. 
• Your childs individualized early intervention program will rely on thorough data keeping in order to track learning and enhance smooth transition of programming as your child progresses through the ABLLS-R programming.

• Provide Program Managers who are trained by a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and who work along side the Behavior Consultant in order to provide each family with continuous support with training and setting up your ABA early intervention program. 
• The Program Manager will train your behavior interventionists and aid in the production and maintenance of your childs personalized ABA/verbal behavior program. 
• Research has clearly shown us that parents make the best teachers for their children with autism, and that children in early intervention programs who have involved families always show more improvement compared to those families who are not involved in their childs program.
• A Program Manager will spend time with you in your home, coaching family members and interventionists in order to maximize your childs potential by following the tailored program.
